In a press release GOG.com announced that THQ Nordic will release several of their upcoming games on GOG.com. Among the games that will be released there without DRM also is ELEX. Thus, the game will be available on GOG.com at release, in addition to Steam and a boxed version. Additional information and new screenshots can be found on the product page about ELEX. Which copy protection the boxed version will use is still unknown though.

Once again Piranha Bytes has released pictures of a monster from Elex, today the Blackguard. Further down you’ll find an artwork, his proxymesh and a screenshot of him.

In the last couple of days there has been some movement in the forums and on the website: The forum has got a new header and looks a lot more appealing now because of the new design. The World of Elex wants to thank our graphic artist Crow Girl at this point for her great work!

Another change was made to the galleries on the website. More comfort was provided there and users can now click through the images instead of having to open them one by one. Also a diashow option is available.

We have another 17 minutes of pure Elex gameplay for you, which features similar, but not the same, scenes as the last video. Have fun!

The german magazine PC Games has filmed the press presentation of Elex at Gamescom and uploaded it online. The video in english can be found here or on Youtube:
